We are committed to creating a safe and nurturing environment for women as they embark on the beautiful and sometimes challenging journey of healing through pelvic floor physical therapy. Our mission is to empower women to grow, flourish, and reclaim their well-being with compassion, expertise, and holistic support.
Cultivate operates as an out-of-network cash-pay clinic. However, we can issue a superbill for potential reimbursement from your insurance provider.
Schedule your complimentary 15-minute Phone Consultation to determine if Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy is right for you!
By being out of network with insurance companies, Cultivate offers superior, one-on-one care, free from the constraints imposed by insurance reimbursement limitations. This approach allows for dedicated, holistic care during every visit, fostering quicker improvement and reduced therapy time. We prioritize patient needs over insurance requirements. Additionally, we assist patients in navigating potential out-of-network reimbursement by providing necessary documentation. Opting for cash-pay physical therapy services with Cultivate often proves to be more affordable and advantageous, eliminating copays, deductibles, and session restrictions. Our transparent pricing and personalized treatment plans empower patients to take control of their healthcare expenses and experience a seamless therapy journey.
Nope! In Texas, direct access rules allow patients to seek physical therapy treatment without a physician's referral for up to 30 calendar days. After we complete your initial evaluation, we will write up a Plan of Care and send it to your current provider so they can be up to date on your treatments. This ensures seamless communication and coordination of your care. Additionally, this will allow you to file for out-of-network insurance reimbursement if needed.
Hey there! I’m Bryanna, the founder of Cultivate Pelvic Floor Therapy, an APTA Academy of Pelvic Health trained pelvic floor physical therapist, as well as a proud wife and mom of two! I received my Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from Texas A&M University and went on to earn my Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of Texas Medical Branch.
During my clinical rotations, I focused on gaining experience and understanding in pelvic floor physical therapy at some of the top clinics in Texas, which laid the groundwork for my passion for holistic pelvic floor treatment. Since then, I’ve immersed myself in continuous education, specializing further in treating the pelvic floor and earning certifications in trauma-informed care and dry needling. I am incredibly grateful every day for the chance to serve and empower women from all walks of life at Cultivate.
I grew up in Wisconsin before moving to Austin, Texas in 2010. I met my wonderful husband, Thomas, at Texas A&M, and we tied the knot in 2021. We believe God led us back to College Station in 2022, where we both received opportunities to work as physical therapists. We became parents to Wylder in September 2023, and his little sister, Winslow, joined the fun in June 2025.
When I’m not working with the BEST patients, you’ll find me with my family and church community, soaking up quality time, dreaming about our next travel adventure, or enjoying a good game night with friends.
So, whether you’re seeking answers about your pelvic floor or just looking for a safe space to talk about womanhood and motherhood, I’m your girl. Together, let’s cultivate a happier, healthier pelvic floor by getting the care you deserve and treating the WHOLE body!
